For our SS17 Lookbook we felt inspired by British photographer Madame Yevonde. Displaying an independent attitude “Overexposed” is all about femininity with a provocative touch. The collection includes a lot of transparency, weightless silk, chiffon sheer pieces and pixelated orgy prints.

For this shooting we got French fashion photographer Billal Taright and stylist Valentine Fillol-Cordier along, who for us perfectly embraced the idea of the concept. Valentine gave it her personal touch by adding silk ribbons, flowers and by modelling herself. Makeup by talented Samanta Falcone .

We’re happy to show you some behind the scenes pictures of our day at the studio.

The new collection is all about the strength and majesty of Catherine the Great with a hint of the laid-back glamour of the 1970s. To set the right mood we decided to go for a darker heroin chic make up, and for the hair we wanted to create a unity, so we had our fairies wearing hand cut purple wigs.

Makup was done by Roro Cuenca and hair by the one and only Pablo Kuemin.

Talented photographer Yiannis Mouzakitis  kidnapped our troop of majestic fairies to the luxurious Royal Suite at The Hilton. Yet today you can see them wonder around the corridors with flowers in their hands..

After the presentation of the new Tsarina collection our guests where lead into the stunning Venetian room to enjoy a lovely 3 course dinner.

We would like to thank you all for such a special evening❤️

We unveiled or AW17 “Tsarina” collection at the exclusive Mayfair club Loulou’s in an intimate yet aptly decadent soirée. The presentation involved models languidly draped on plush sofas evoking a sense of a 19th Century opium den, later parading trance like around the assembled press and guests to the slow beat of the music.

From flowing floor length gowns in electric blue and zesty orange velvets, to the harsh contrast of liquid like metallic outerwear, which came into its own in the dimly lit ambience. This collection combines the strength and majesty of Catherine the Great with the laid-back glamour of the 1970s.

Hair and make-up  key to creating our tribe of ‘opium fairies’. The hair by Pablo Kümin, global ambassador for Balmain hair, and make-up by Roro Cuenca and their incredible teams really set the scene.

During women’s fashion week in Paris, we walked around with Maria in the Tuileries garden under the blue sky.

Maria is wearing outfits from our SS17 collection.

Sibyl suit, Venus dress, Selene skirt, Gaia suit, Fortuna and Dione set, and gold Cassandra pants.

Last week we had our Press Day with Modus Publicity in the lovely space “The Vinyl Factory” in Soho.

Showing our new SS17 overexposed collection for the press, made us long for the spring to come.
